At Wheelers Hill SC we offer students and staff the ability to reset their own passwords if they’ve forgotten it, using secret questions and answers. It’s important that everyone sets their own secret questions and answers so that they may reset their password in the future.

To begin, head over to https://passwordreset.whsc.vic.edu.au. You should see a screen similar to this:

From this screen you can set your secret questions and answers, change a known password, or reset a forgotten password.

Click the “Set Questions” button to begin setting your secret questions and answers.

You’ll need to log in using your current Active Directory username and password

From here you can select which secret questions you wish to answer.

Make sure you put an answer in all three fields, and select a question you are sure to remember the answer to.

Once you’ve added an answer for one of the questions, click the “Add” or “Update” button next to the answer. Be sure to do this for each question you answer.

Set three answers

You must answer three questions before you can reset your forgotten password!

Once you’ve answered three questions, you’ll be ready to reset your forgotten password in the future.
