At Wheelers Hill SC we provide staff and students with the ability to reset your forgotten password.

Have you set your secret questions and answers?

Before you can reset your forgotten password you must have set three secret questions and answers. If you’ve failed to do this, or cannot remember your answers, you’ll have to visit the IT Office.

To reset your forgotten password, head to https://passwordreset.whsc.vic.edu.au where you can answer your secret questions.

From this screen you can set your secret questions and answers, change a known password, or reset a forgotten password.

To begin, click the “Reset with Questions” button. This will take you to the Reset Password form, where you will need to enter your username to continue.

Enter your username to begin resetting your password.

At the “Verify your Secret Questions” form, enter the answers to your secret questions and press the “Submit” button to continue.

Answer your secret questions

If you’ve answered your questions correctly, you’ll be taken to the “Set A New Password” form, where you can enter a new password.

Password complexity

Your new password must be at least 7 characters long. Staff will need to enter a password which complies with the Department of Education and Training’s “Complex-7” pattern.

Make sure your password matches the complexity requirements for your account.

Finally, if you’ve answered your secret questions correctly and chosen a password which passes the complexity requirements for your account, you will see this message.

Your password has been successfully reset!
