Office 365 is a service; there are many aspects to it, and many ways of accessing it.
The Portal is the web gateway to all the products, features, and services available on Office 365. You can get there by navigating to http://office365.whsc.vic.edu.au in your web browser.
This depends on the device you’re wishing to view your emails on. Keep reading for your preferred method.
Simple – navigate to http://office365.whsc.vic.edu.au/mail in your favourite web browser.
The best way to get your Office 365 emails on your phone is to use Microsoft’s Outlook application. Simply open up your device’s app store, search for “Outlook”, and install.
Apple iOS (iPad, iPhone, iPad)

The first time you open Outlook on your phone it will prompt you to add an account. Select “Office 365”, enter your email address and password, and the app will take care of the rest.
Outlook on my computer
The first time you open Outlook on your computer it will prompt you to sign into an account, and will pre-fill your name and email address. Simply enter your password, and off you go!
If you’ve already set up another email account in Outlook, simply head to File and click “Add Account”.
Desktop Office applications
You can sign into your Office 365 account from within your desktop Office applications, such as Word or OneNote.
Simply click on your name in the top-right corner of the application, and select “Switch Account”.
At the prompt, click “Add Account”, then enter your email address and click “Next”.
