The email service provided by Office 365, Outlook Online, works best when used with the companion Outlook app available on Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
This article focuses on acquiring and configuring Outlook for iOS.
On your iOS device (iPhone, iPod, or iPad), head to the App Store and find the Outlook app.
If you’re prompted to sign in to the App Store, enter the password associated with your device’s AppleID.
Add an account
The first time you open Outlook after downloading it, you’ll be prompted to add an account. Click “Get started” to proceed to the add account screen.
Enter your school email address in the field provided, then click “Add Account”.
You’ll then be directed to our school login server, and will be prompted to enter your password. Check that the email address field is pre-populated for you.
The final step is to allow the Outlook app to send you notifications for new emails or calendar event reminders.
